What we collect.

We collect two kinds of information.

• Information you give us: name, email, phone, company, message, and any other details you submit through the contact form, intake form, or by replying to email.
• Information collected automatically: standard analytics like browser type, device, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location, and session duration. We use this to understand which content is useful and to improve the site.

• To send the proposal, intake form, and project communications you've asked for

Communication consent.

By submitting a form on this site, you agree to be contacted by RealtyDesign via call, email, and text in connection with your inquiry. To opt out of text messages, reply STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Sharing.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with vendors that help us operate the business (email delivery, analytics, hosting), and only to the extent needed for them to perform their service. We disclose information when required by law.

Your rights.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@realtydesign.co. We respond within thirty days.

Client data.

If you are a paying RealtyDesign client, your site content (copy, photos, listings, brand colors) is yours. We store it in our build system to render your site. You can request a complete export at any time and you can ask us to delete it when our engagement ends.

Children.

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Updates.

We may update this policy occasionally. The effective date above will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page for at least 30 days.
